The Girringun community comprises numerous clans from the rainforest of NE Queensland.  They have been creating the most interesting and unique artwork, particularly with two collections of fine art prints.  Beautiful quality, small editions screenprints with figurative images tell a Dreamtime Story   about How the Kingfisher Created the River; and the wonderful reincarnations of the Bagu, which is related to the practice of carrying fire from camp to camp and cleverly conceived to protect children.   Each fine art print from each series is $265 unframed and $485 framed.
